So, I'm seeing a therapist who focuses on mental health for the dying and their loved ones. It's been excellent for us. [When you have a supportive doctor, there is no end to the help that can be provided. Kudos NB]
She recommended a book something like Letters to my Love, where you write down things to let your fave bff have something to remember. Searching Amazon...I came across this little gem.
Who could write a nice book about their parental figures? While I was not raised by wolves per se, there are characters with distinct traits de loup, if you know what I mean. If you don't, bless you.
